Unfortunately, the highlight is once again somewhat unintelligible, because that's probably exactly what you can find and see all along the river. We couldn't find anything special that could qualify as a highlight.

A gigantic, impressive building. Unfortunately, we didn't find anything. No guided tour available, and no information. That may have been our fault, though, as we didn't want to linger there long. It's definitely worth a rest, a break, and a closer look.

Beautifully situated, small and cozy, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind in peace. After a bike ride, you can watch the boats for a bit. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants.

A modern and comfortable place for cyclists to service the bikes with a shelter and benches. There is also a toilet that looks a lot like an outhouse - but don't worry, there is a normal toilet inside.

The railway water tower in Węgorzewo is an interesting technical monument from 1909, located right next to the railway station. The 38-meter-high structure houses a steel, riveted Intze tank with a capacity of 100 m³. Although it has not been used since World War II, it has been preserved in good condition and is a characteristic element of the city's landscape. Cyclists passing through Węgorzewo can easily see it - it is a short but interesting stop on the route.
