The chapel of field dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary is located by the dirt road to Lubikowa. It was built in 1758 on the initiative of Abbot Józef Lok, on the site of a previous wooden structure erected in 1671, specifically to house a miraculous image of the Mother of God. The baroque structure is articulated by pilasters, on which rests a cornice above the entrance, interrupted, with raised sections and a niche between them. The building is covered by a gable roof. A wooden turret was built above the entrance in 1900. Source: Gmina Przytoczna

The chapel, which has recently been renovated, has an interesting story. In 1671, King Michal Korybut Wiśniowiecki granted permission for the Image to return to Rokitno from Lublin. He also ordered it to be warmly welcomed at all locations during its long journey. A brick chapel was then built on the border hill between the fields of Rokitno and Lubików (2 km from the church). An all-night vigil was held there, after which, on November 21, 1671, the Image was reverently carried to the renovated, then-wooden church in Rokitno.
