Maymont is a sprawling estate and park with plenty to see and do. Stroll around the Italian or Japanese gardens, explore the arboretum, pet a goat at the farm and see bison, elk and black bears upclose in the wildlife habitats. The 19th-century Maymont Mansion is also an impressive place to visit. The grounds and gardens are open from 10 am until 7 pm (or 5 pm from October until March).
