The estate represents one of the best-preserved parsonages on the island of Oland. The farm consists of two parts, one for people and one for animals. Its current appearance dates from the 19th century. For a long time, agriculture and animal husbandry were an important part of a pastor's income. As a member of society, but also as a role model and leader, the pastor was expected to be a farmer himself. The stone houses with thatched roofs are attractively designed and bear witness to the appearance of older agricultural buildings on Oland. In the early 19th century, the farm kept 10 horses, 6 oxen, 12 cows, 14 young cattle, 25 sheep, and 10 pigs. The southern stable was built around 1813 and housed oxen, horses, and sheep. An offset in the east facade reveals that the barn, built at an angle to the stable, was added later. The northern building with a barn and cattle shed was probably built in the 18th century. The current residential house was built in 1868, according to the ideas of the time of an ideal parsonage, based on plans by the estate owner Per AugustJohansson from Röhälla.
