Founded in 1895 by Mr. Alis, the cheese dairy began its activity by selling cheeses on the region's markets. In 1948, cellars equipped with cold storage were dug to mature farmhouse bries from neighboring farms. The Ganot cheese dairy continues the same activity. It collects cheeses from the Brie region. In its cellars, it refines organic farmhouse brie (from its association with the Ste-Colombe farm), Coulommiers, Brie de Meaux AOP and Brie de Melun AOP. Each cheese is given special attention depending on its nature and origin.
