Lots of options for food and drink, plenty of space to sit and rest if you need to.

There used to be a restaurant called 'Goldene Möwe' downstairs, now there's pizza. On the 1st floor, a beautiful tea room with a turbaned waitress, great cakes, and diverse antiques. Really worth seeing!

You might be next to Tesco, but look south and the views of Truro River will remind you just how close you are to the countryside.

This disused railway line takes you along Calenick Creek. It's a nice place to run to from Truro as despite being so close, it really feels like you are immersed in nature. The Calenick Creek feeds into the Truro River, which joins with the River Fal.
