The walk along by the sea is great. For some reason the route then goes inland and through various housing estates which wasn't so great. Would have been better to keep on the coastal path and then double back.

Nice, easy, short hike whether it's high or low tide. The first and last few yards are very unkept paths with lots of nettle. Well behaved dogs can be kept off leash for most of the walk, be prepared to carry their waste tho as there is only one bin towards the end. Nearby street parking is free. Worth stopping by the Southbourne farm shop before you head home, great produce.

Singletrack coastal path following the harbour. Quiet and flat. Seems to hold up in most weather.

Nice quite spot for a chill - used by locals - NO CYCLING on some of the local footpaths - but its also a lovely area to walk around - part of the Chichester Harbour area of outstanding natural beauty.

No cycling here, but the footpaths will link you between the lanes used on routes. Very pretty area around Emsworth and Chichester harbour trails. footpaths and trails are well marked out around Nutbourne, Southbourne, Prinsted and Emsworth. Close to South Coast cycle route 2

lovely little beach and harbour area walks - accessible by road and gravel routes - footpaths are marked 'no cycling' though so you will have to push your bike around these.
