September 1, 2023, Memorial Park and River Crouch

Offering a great chance to get some exercise in a park on the edge of the town. It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some fresh air, thanks to its well-paved and clearly marked route. Mixture of woodland in parts and a nice stretch down the River crouch.

Decent pub on the Runwell road. There was an inn of the same name on the site in the 17th century, which was replaced by the current building in the mid 1800's.
