Maybe take poles. The path is not moderate or even easy. It is a very stony path, demanding and partially steep. But the view is gigantic, the path is worth it.

I wouldn't say dangerous, it's demanding once you get to the smaller lake and try to complete the circle. Every hike has it's challenges and you have to be vigilant and careful. Proper footwear is mandatory. Enjoy and respect
