The parish of St. Padre Pio in Warsaw's Ursynów district was established on December 8, 1999 by Cardinal Józef Glemp. A chapel has been operating in the parish house since 2000. Construction of the three-nave church began in 2006, and after the developer's bankruptcy, the investment was completed by the parish community. The church was consecrated on October 1, 2017. The first parish priest was Fr. Ignacy Dziewiątkowski (1999–2025), and since 2025 this function has been held by Fr. Marek Szymula. The parish is also served by Salvatorian sisters.

The Church of the Presentation of the Lord in Warsaw is a Roman Catholic parish church in Ursynów, at ul. Stryjeńskich 21. Construction began in 1993, and the cornerstone was laid in 1994. The church was consecrated on June 1, 2003. It was designed by architect Krzysztof Kasperski. The church has three naves, with a main nave, an apse, two chapels, a sacristy and a bell tower. Its style refers to Romanesque architecture. The organs, built in 2021 by Dariusz Zych, are located on both sides of the gallery. Four bells, cast in 1996, hang on the tower, bearing the names: Jesus I trust in You, Presentation, Primate of Poland and Mary.

The first two floors are intended for visitors - on the ground floor there is the Residents' Service Department, general office, night porter's lodge, security rooms and a catering point.
