Very impressive place. Simply read the history of this place, the plaque already provides oppressive information. Every year on April 13, the dead are commemorated and wreaths are laid.

Part of the Bergisch Heath Terrace (cultural landscape). Some physical activity is required, but it's worth it.

Great hiking trail that always runs along the stream. It's not really suitable for cyclists as the path is sometimes very narrow. Nevertheless, you do come across mountain bikers. Then you have to jump to the side :-(.

"Apart from the Galkhausener Bach, the Burbach is the most striking of Langenfeld's bodies of water. Not only because it is the second longest stream in the city area, with a total of almost six and a half of its seven and a half kilometers, but because a district in the Wiescheid district is named after it. The maps indicate this Area around the Haus Graven moated castle as “Burbach”, in contrast to, for example, Ossenbruch, Feldhausen or Landwehr..." This section of the route is often wet, muddy, narrow and not really suitable for normal bikes. MTB's have no problems here.
