Hejls Nor, also known as Hejlsminde Nor, is a small, scenic lagoon located near Hejlsminde on the western side of Lillebælt in Kolding Municipality, Denmark. It receives inflow from Aller Å and Kær Mølleå and flows into Hejlsminde Bay through a sluice at the southern end of the holiday town. A 12-kilometer cycling and hiking trail surrounds the lagoon, offering scenic views. Hejls Nor is designated as a wildlife reserve under the name Hejlsminde Nor Vildtreservat, which protects the biodiversity of Lillebælt.
