Münster was also hit by a plague epidemic, as the plague column at the Antonius Chapel near Hagau, renovated in 1984, reminds us. Parish Church of the Assumption of Mary. Originally Gothic parish church - expanded in 1747 and in Baroque style by Jakob Singer from Schwaz - with stucco work by Kassian Singer and Georg Weber. Beautiful are the remarkable early Gothic frescoes on the north wall of the nave (around 1350) and 4 high-quality statues of the Old and New Covenant on the main altar by the sculptor Franz Xaver Nissl from Fügen. Three ceiling paintings of high value are by Christoph Anton Mayr and were completed in 1757. The wooden statue of the Madonna and Child dates from the 13th century.
