In the square between the housing estate and the stadium lies a huge, nearly 3-meter-tall anchor. It serves as a monument to the Maritime and River League, founded after Poland regained independence in 1918, where Tomaszów residents also worked.

Reper wodowskazowy: • This is a benchmark (elevation reference point) that is used as a reference zero for water meter readings - that is, the readings of water meters, reference rods, levels, etc. are tied to it. • Simply put: the water level is monitored in this place, the wodowskazowy benchmark sets the “official zero mark”, relative to which the increase or decrease of this level is measured.

The Pilica River Open-Air Museum in Tomaszów Mazowiecki is a unique place combining history, ecology and military. It was established in 1999, and its main attraction is the historic water mill from Kuźnica Żerechowska. In the open-air museum you can also see a wooden tsarist hermitage from Spała, models of mills and bridges and the largest collection of millstones in Poland. An important element of the exhibition is the military section, which contains a unique Sd.Kfz.8 artillery tractor, excavated from Pilica and restored.

An interesting open-air museum. There is a water mill with equipment, 30 millstones, military items (Pilica war trophies), and even a building that used to be the Tsar's toilet! A bit of a mix of everything, but interesting!
