Particularly charming is the Servant Gallery, with its depictions of the apostles. These paintings were discovered by chance during renovations in the 1960s. A treasure.

The parish church in Jevenstedt was first documented in 1164. The interior of St. George's Church in Jevenstedt features a Baroque pulpit altar from the 18th century and a Romanesque baptismal font. The simple furnishings are complemented by a few sacred works of art, including statues of saints and simple stained glass windows. It currently hosts a "Tritt-ein!" (Come in!) event every Saturday.

The Lübeck Trade was an important trade route in the Middle Ages that connected the cities of Lübeck and Hamburg. Several memorial stones along this route commemorate its historical importance.

At 76.8 meters, the Boxberg is not the highest elevation in the Aukrug Nature Park, but it is one of the few moraine peaks in central Holstein that deserves the name "mountain." The Itzespitze, at 83.4 meters, is even higher than the Boxberg. Today, only a few beech trees grow on the grounds of the Boxberg recreational forest. The cemetery behind the church is in a quiet location, has several benches, some of which are sunny, a short linden tree alley and several water taps. This makes it a very suitable place to take a break.

Next door is a memorial from 1922 for those who died in World War I. The memorial and the church tower, which was built later, are therefore from the same period and their designs were created by the imperial building councillor and church architect Jürgen Kröger, who lived in Innien in retirement.
