Along the coastline there is a shared promenade and cycle path. No bother from cars. As a cyclist, do pay attention. Pedestrians also walk on the cycle path. In any case, it is good and safe to cycle from the Kadikoy ferry port, along Moda, past Fenerbache stadium and on to Bostancı. And even further to Pendik, but I haven't tried that yet. Tip, stick to the coastline as much as possible.
