A beautiful landscape, attractive in every season. It's also one of the largest burial mounds from the Neolithic period. Researchers discovered the "Jastorf Culture" in the area.

Ratsapotheke At the corner of Lüneburger Straße / Krummer Arm, at the end of the pedestrian zone, stands perhaps the most beautiful house in Bad Bevensen: the Ratsapotheke. It was built by a doctor in 1798 and became the town's first pharmacy in 1817. In 1984, the house was renovated and the half-timbered facade was turned into a gem in the old town. The building still houses a pharmacy today. Also special are several vines over a hundred years old that climb up the facade.
