Because the Sellin harbor is located in the middle of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve and borders a nature reserve, guests of the water sports harbor are in the best company. Mute swans and mallards, coots, shelducks, and lapwings feel at home here. Anyone visiting Sellin harbor by ship gets the full Rügen island experience. Nature experiences and seaside resort flair, restaurants, boutiques, and events are the most beautiful answer to sailing trips, kayak tours, and motorboat excursions. See: https://hafen-sellin.de/

You can praise it, it should be a matter of course and not a highlight. That's how far it has come

Historical journey with the well-preserved and completely restored steam locomotive, there is even a completely open compartment for all those who can never get enough sun 🌞 and want to take in their surroundings even better

This route is designated as a cycle path, but I can only advise against riding it. Very stony path, ascents and descents are equipped with holey concrete slabs. A single catastrophe. The descent might be possible, but not for anyone else. There is probably another way, but Komoot did not show it to me.

You will be ferried across until 7 p.m. Have small change ready, the crossing costs €2 per person. Bicycles cost extra. It's not always a rowing boat, sometimes it's motorized.
