The village church of Rühstädt, also known as Quitzow Church, dates back to the 15th century. It was built under the influence of the noble von Quitzow family, who shaped the village for a long time. The original late Gothic brick building with a semicircular apse was remodeled in the Baroque style in the 18th century and a striking west tower was added. Important furnishings have been preserved inside, including a late Gothic carved altarpiece, several tombstones of the von Quitzow family, and a historic organ from 1738. A late Gothic mural of the Last Judgment in the apse is particularly noteworthy. Today, the church is a listed building and part of the Open Churches Initiative, meaning it is often open to visitors.

The graduation tower in Bad Wilsnack was built as part of the town's modern spa development following the discovery of a thermal brine deposit in the 1990s. The Kristall Spa and Graduation Tower was constructed based on this discovery. The graduation tower was also built as a complementary spa facility and the first of its kind in the state of Brandenburg. It utilizes the natural brine, which trickles down wooden walls filled with brushwood. The evaporation creates a saline microclimate, which is particularly beneficial for respiratory health. The site is open to the public.

Bad Wilsnack is a worthwhile destination for a cycling tour, as it offers a perfect blend of culture, history, and relaxation. The town is particularly known for the imposing Church of the Holy Blood (St. Nikolai), a former pilgrimage site that dominates the townscape. The historic town center, with its restored half-timbered houses, provides a vivid impression of the local history. Extensive parks, easily incorporated into a cycling tour, and the Kristall spa and graduation tower offer further opportunities for relaxation.
