In "Pullman City," the scenery of a real western town has been recreated, with everything you'd expect from television: a saloon, steakhouse, sheriff's office, and many small shops are located on Main Street. In the shops, you can buy all kinds of handicrafts and, of course, authentic western clothing. From spring to fall, there is a varied show program that will delight young and old: from cattle drives to knife and lasso throwing to horse and riding shows, everything that makes a western fan's heart beat faster is offered here. A particularly interesting area is the authentic area in the Wild West world. Here, there are many cabins and Indian tents inhabited by amateur actors who portray people from the period between 1740 and 1880. They wear authentic clothing from the western era. Historical crafts are demonstrated at the blacksmith shop. At the entrance to the authentic area, there is also a glass display case that shows the area in miniature. New attractions are constantly being added to "Pullman City" to make it even more attractive for families. For example, there's the large "Little Pullman" adventure playground with numerous climbing and activity stations. At the "Kids Club," young visitors can do crafts, play, and hear stories about the Old West on weekends and during school holidays. Exciting torchlit hikes are also offered. Since April 2013, the amusement park has also featured the "Adventure Trail," a low ropes course with countless balancing and swinging opportunities. Other highlights for children include the "Little Farm," where you can observe many animals, pony rides, carriage rides, or a ride on the small western train. Gold panning, where you can find precious stones in a gold pan, is an experience for young and old. At the "Archery" station, you can not only test your bow skills, but also try rifle shooting or tomahawk throwing. Spending the night in the western town is certainly a special experience. The Palace Hotel is located on Main Street. Those who prefer a more rustic experience can rent one of the log cabins, authentic tents, or teepees and spend one or more nights there. https://www.alpen-guide.de/reisefuehrer/poi/pullman-city-eging-am-see

After a major fire ravaged Main Street in January 2024, everything was rebuilt. The amusement park reopened in April 2024. The new Main Street was inaugurated in 2025. There's no sign of the fire anymore; everything has been beautifully restored and reconstructed, just as you'd imagine a western town to be. If you love the Old West, this is the place for you. There are various performances and shows several times a day. Main Street (the main street of the western town) is home to many shops, saloons, and other places to eat. For children, there are pony rides, an adventure playground, and a low ropes course. Carriage rides and gold panning are other highlights. We really enjoyed it 🤩

Negative: Scene of gruesome Nazi crimes. Positive: Interestingly prepared and presented, the site should make it clear why such inhumane political conditions must never happen again. Also positive: Next door, right next to the bike path, there is a TransBayerwald bike repair station in case you have problems with your bike.

Coming out of the forest you have a great view of the two castles Englburg and Fürstenstein, which tower over the valley.
