To this day, members of the von Boyneburg-Stedtfeld family live below the castle ruins on the Boyneburgk estate, in the so-called new castle. The manor house is surrounded by extensive parkland (privately owned), and farm buildings and former stewards' houses are located in the immediate vicinity.
