The magnificent viewpoint above Biberbach is also beautifully decorated as a rest area with a wooden pear "Heart of the Mostviertel" and a panorama board 👍

Highlight is perhaps a bit of an exaggeration, but the view of the Sonntagberg from here is still something special.

Although the cross is located in a private garden, the sight is still pleasing!

The detour up here is definitely worth it! The walk up alone is worth it!

The current cross at Kicking 104, erected in 2003, is the third known to have been erected at this location. The first, a picture cross depicting the Holy Trinity, is already marked on the military map from 1870. It stood slightly offset at the old road towards Wiesenreith, presumably erected by the Dieminger family, who farmed the farm from 1796 to 1867. At that time, the family had to endure several severe blows of fate. The previous cross – a simple wooden cross without a corpus – was erected in the house garden around 1970 by Hermann Stiefelbauer. On May 20, 2003, the new cross was finally blessed by Biberbach pastor P. Aegid Ritt. It was donated by the children and children-in-law of the Stiefelbauer family. The present cross is an artfully crafted box cross with a shingle roof and a finely designed cast corpus by Eduard Oberländer (St. Georgen/Klaus) – so three-dimensional that it appears as if it were carved.
