Lake Millstatt - our home 1336 m above sea level The Pichlhütte is located at 1336 m above sea level in the municipality of Seeboden, high above Lake Millstatt. It can be reached on a toll-free alpine road from the town of Tangern (955 m). The Pichlhütte offers a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Millstatt, the Lurnfeld, the town of Spittal and the Kreuzeck and Reißeck groups. The Hochalmspitze (3,362 m), the most striking peak in the Hohe Tauern, is within reach. Enjoy the panorama, the down-to-earth gastronomy and hike to the peaks of the Millstätter Alm.
