The chapel was built in 1870. It is a so-called historicizing building. This style incorporates elements from earlier eras, which can be recognized in the symmetrical yellow facade, the triangular gable, and the decorative pillars (pilasters). It is located on Pfaffstättner Straße in Traiskirchen.

Yes, I was there too, in Traiskirchen, the carnival capital of Lower Austria in 1979! To celebrate the carnival, the Bamberger family did nothing but set up a beautifully funny sculpture. It now stands there, full of wit and carnival spirit, reminding us all how carnival really gets going. With the colorful costumes, loud shouts, and lots of fun, you can laugh, dance, and simply forget everyday life. The Bambergers have immortalized a piece of carnival history with their work, just as it suits a real Lower Austrian carnival. So, hats off and Helau from Traiskirchen! Cheers to the fun that connects us!

It is really not easy to highlight one of the many collections, but the collection of radio and phonograph equipment is particularly special. Probably because there are always employees there to guide you through the collection.

In the busy town of Traiskirchen, this nice little chapel is hardly noticeable. But it's worth stopping for a moment. There is also a pizzeria just in front of it if you are more into physical pleasures.

Escaped the heavy rain, visited the particularly interesting museum again - and again didn't see everything.
