A beautiful historic village. The church is an open church and a visit is recommended. The Café Central is located right by the church and is also recommended and interesting at the same time 👍🏼.

The St. Andreas Geversdorf parish belongs to the Am Dobrock united parish and currently has approx. 450 members. The village of Geversdorf is located directly on the Oste river and is idyllically beautiful. The large bascule bridge over the river connects the parts of the village on both sides of the Oste. In the heart of the village, elevated on a "wurt" (raised ground), the church, visible from afar, shapes the entire village scenery. Among the special features of the church community is the work with children, including the "Kinderfrühstück" (children's breakfast). Outside of school holidays, it takes place on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 9:30 AM. The St. Andreas Geversdorf parish also has a lot to offer musically with its brass choir. Rehearsals currently take place every Monday at 6 PM in the community center at Ellhornstraße 2. All interested citizens are invited to participate. The church is beautiful to look at.
