Shady and sheltered from the wind by the woods. The asphalt has a few nicks, otherwise there's nice riding fun.

Finally, after a long time, there's good news from the Rodenbeck windmill again!👍‼️According to a large sign at the entrance, the district mill association is planning a comprehensive renovation of the mill, which has recently fallen into disrepair: new sails, new gallery, completely new exterior plaster. All entrance doors have already been renewed. 👍

Great bike path on the old railway line between Harrienstedt and Uchte. It's a leisurely 24km ride. Only a few intersections slow you down. The asphalt is excellent!

A view of the Weser River is not to be missed; it offers a beautiful sight in every season. The vegetation and birdlife are also worth seeing, and there are plenty of great places to sit along the riverbank, as well as wonderful cycling and hiking trails 👍🏻. Many stretches of the riverbank invite you to linger and relax. The Weser cycling and hiking trail is highly recommended 👍🏻.

Finally, a bike path along a river, one that actually runs right alongside it. (At least here.) And nicely smooth asphalt.
