Yes, Wunderschön is right. I had already posted a picture of it on Facebook years ago asking who could say more about it. It was heavily researched and it turned out to be the counterweights of a cable excavator and the remains of the vehicle scale. The gate is the former entrance to the sandpit.

As already described, here I agree with the other tipsters: The surrounding nature is wonderful, the narrow paths, the springy forest floor under your feet, but the A31 motorway, the intersecting federal roads and the shooting range do not ensure maximum relaxation.
