Under the motto "Summer, Sun, Photo Time," the Rhein-Neckar District Office cordially invites all photography enthusiasts to participate in the "Summer in the District" photo competition and capture the most beautiful moments of summer. Creative summer photos are sought from July 22nd to September 6th. From July 22nd to September 6th, 2024, residents and guests of the district have the opportunity to submit their creative summer photos and win great prizes. The perfect backdrop for summer photos is provided by the five landscape photo frames that were placed at prominent viewpoints and tourist locations in the Rhein-Neckar district to mark the district's 50th anniversary. Landscape photo frames as a backdrop The District Office invites all interested parties to visit one of the five landscape photo frames and take a summery photo of themselves and the frame. There are no limits to creativity – whether with sunglasses, a straw hat, or ice cream. The landscape photo frames are located in the Rhine Plain (Brühl), the Neckar Valley (Neckargemünd), the Bergstraße (Schriesheim), the Kraichgau (Sinsheim), and the Odenwald (Eberbach).
