https://www.xn--robbenzentrum-fhr-e0b.de/ The seal center on Föhr for the protection of marine mammals was founded in May 2010 by the veterinarian Janine Bahr– van Gemmert and the wildlife expert Andrè van Gemmert as a non-profit initiative and opened in Wyk on Föhr. With extensive information and educational work, the organization wants to help marine mammals in distress, provide first aid, provide veterinary care and release them back into the wild after successful rehabilitation in their natural environment. In addition to working with the animals, the two initiators of the seal center are committed to researching seals and their behavior in their original habitat. In cooperation with international stations and scientific institutes, a contribution is made to marine mammal research.

Beautiful location behind the harbor, a little secluded and with a great view. It's a shame that it's only open in the afternoon and there's no evening menu
