These shaggy Highland cattle roam this charming hilly terrain. A beautiful sight. The pastures are impossible to miss even when approaching from Milmersdorf on the excellent road (up to Groß Kölpin, then cobblestones!). Unfortunately, the beautiful animals are extremely shy. Even if you behave very quietly and carefully, as a pedestrian, mind you, they flee very quickly, almost in a panic. One might say the sensitive cattle are quite hysterical! Strange. When they surely receive the best care,

There can be little doubt that this small body of water is a so-called "Soll", formed in the last ice age about 10,000 years ago. There are several such depressions in the surrounding area, which are usually roughly circular. This one is somewhat elongated, which is due to the terrain and by no means contradicts its classification as a "Soll".

Right on the edge of the quaint village of Groß Kölpin lies this farm, which specializes in Highland cattle. The pastures can be admired all around, even up by the road, unmissable if you come from Milmersdorf. - Even the nameplate is absolutely impressive. The operators have style, so big praise to the Limber family! On the back, a huge boat catches the eye, which has just been standing there for quite a few years. In the background, a giant oak tree stands out. The ambiance is truly inspiring, a kind of Gesamtkunstwerk of nature, rural life, architecture, and technical equipment.

This beautiful bathing area with a large sunbathing lawn is certainly accessible by car, but the roads are very poor. It's certainly not necessary to drive close to everything. The area is so beautiful that it's definitely worth taking a stroll or bike ride!

Even in the summer heat, you can hope to be completely alone here. The view is fantastic. Swimming is very possible, but the water is quite steep. There's a bench at a slightly elevated position.
