St Helen's is a very beautiful church, built in the Gothic style, found in Denton. It was built in 1776 by the architect John Carr. There is also a very lovely old churchyard, with proper old gravestones as you would expect in an English village - and good opportunities to rest on your walk.

Lippersley Pike is at 330m. What makes this summit stand out is the rather substantial cairn here. Beautiful views of Denton Moor, Blubberhouses Moor and Askwith Moor - and beyond.
