This sculpture is like a modern data storage (cloud) where you can find a number and "call" famous Lithuanian politicians or public figures from the interwar period, according to a press release. The interactive concept art object was created by sculptor Domas Mykolas, and the authors of the idea were Žilvinas Marcinkevičius and Rolandas Skaisgirys. The stories told by the people found in the cloud over the phone were found in historical sources (diaries, memoirs, newspaper publications) or imagined and created by as many as 8 historians from the Lithuanian Institute of History and the Faculty of History of Vilnius.

Colonel Vytautas Augustauskas This modest wooden house served as abode for the lieutenant colonel Vytautas Augustauskas in 1930-1944, who became the director of Kulautuva which was granted the status of a resort town in 1933. The progress of Kulautuva is owed to this person who held this office free of charge. On the initiative of V. Augustauskas, a resort plan was prepared (designer Jonas Kova-Kovalskis), streets were planted with linden trees and white acacias, a pond was dug out, and a school was founded. Benches were placed in the park and President Antanas Smetona alley, a number of entertainment venues were set up. A post office, two quays, photo shop, stores, police station, local power plant, bus station, etc. operated in the town at that time. Arranged like that and frequented by visitors the resort town could compete with Palanga and Birštonas. On weekends, a hussars orchestra used to play many sightseers would come over. This house was also used for headquarters of Kulautuva Directorate with a lockup in the basement.

A few years ago, a 150-meter-deep well was drilled in this place. After testing the water, it turned out that it was low in mineralization, very pure and clean. Then it was decided to install a mineral water treatment plant in Kulautuva. The buvette was built using Corten steel, which changes color over time: from orange it turns brown and merges with the color of the tree trunks. The territory is landscaped and adapted for the disabled, benches and bicycle racks are installed. The buvette is open all year round.

The main focus of the painting is the portrait of a smiling girl. First of all, it is a symbol of a happy town dweller. It also marks the painful history of the Holocaust. This is Rosian Bagriansky-Zerner, a Jewish girl hidden in Kulautuva during the war. Her and other Jewish children were rescued by Lidija, the daughter of the last owners of the Kulautuva estate, the Fugelevičius family. The work also highlights symbols from other periods. The author of the drawing is the painter Laura Slavinskaitė.
