Rønne Bagfyr Lighthouse When entering the port of Rønne by ferry, the white lighthouse can be seen from afar. It stands elevated above the harbor basin. The tower has an octagonal floor plan, is made of iron, and is a replica of the lighthouse in the port of Ystad in southern Sweden. The lighthouse was active until 1989 and served as a leading light at the harbor entrance. It had been in operation since 1880. The lighthouse was 24 meters high, and the tower itself is 12 meters tall. https://www.bornholm-ferien.de/leuchttuerme-bornholm.php
