Bled and Lake Bled, with Slovenia's only natural island, are located at the foothills of the Julian Alps and have attracted lovers of beauty for years. Traditional boats called pletna sail to the island, home to the pilgrimage church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and its steep staircase, whose bell is a special homage to love.

A place called: Zaka is popular for swiming, because of easy access for going into the water. There are wooden docks for jumping into the lake. The only negative thing is, when there are athlets with rowing boats training, then you cant swim without worries of being hit by a boat.
