Husum Harbor The harbor is the pulsating place of life in the North Sea harbor town of Husum. The picturesque backdrop invites you to stroll - at high or low tide. Twice a day, the North Sea washes fresh water into the city. The tides can be experienced up close and are always fascinating. Today, the inner harbor is a wonderful place to stroll and watch. With a crab sandwich or Frisian cake, in a cozy café or in the quaint harbor pub. A trip to the outer harbor, which is dominated by the maritime economy and where you can marvel at crab boats and merchant ships, is also part of a harbor trip in Husum. We bet you won't leave Husum without taking at least one souvenir photo at the harbor? Most of the pictures do not correspond to the "castle corridor". The castle corridor is a small, idyllic alley that connects the market square with the castle park. There you will find cafes and small shops in a great atmosphere. I can only recommend a walk through this alley.

The former granary is in an idyllic location in the center of Husum by the inland harbor. Since 1982, the granary has been a socio-cultural center with an event room on the ground floor and basement. Great cultural events such as readings, lectures, concerts and theater take place here every week. There are also film evenings, workshops, meditations, theater groups, tango and salsa courses and much more.
