Update end of 2022: The trail above the quarry is closed due to a landslide. Other parts of the path are about to rush down the slope (see pictures). Since I didn't know that there are two trails below that are hard to find in winter, I went through them one last time. Now understand why this part of the hiking trail is closed off (is partly fenced and an earth wall is also built from below). Only 50% of the section still exists and can be canceled at any time due to the composition of the subsoil (earth and sand). Definitely look for the parallel trails and connect the connection to the rest of the trail. The fun part starts after the quarry anyway.

Well, less downhill feeling, but great flow alternating between forest and meadows. Always nice and narrow through the bushes with alternating beautiful distance/view and then again tunnel feeling. Very long trail, highly recommended. Downturn 2022: at least 4 trees across the flowiest passages 😩
