Lots of fun sections. Small jumps, one steep downhill and otherwise quite flowy up- and downs.

Wonderfully challenging and technical route full of banked bends and small playful height differences. Although it could be done on a gravel bike, this is really a route where the mountain bike comes out much better. The latter may be a bit of an open door, but no less true ;-)

The Schaarsbergen Route is an absolute playground, full of curves and more height difference than you would think. The constant technical steering, climbing and descending feels good on your legs as you move through a beautiful forest. This part of the route is the less technical part that can also be done with a gravel bike, but be careful... the constant twisting and turning requires a lot of energy and is certainly a lot more fun and easier to do on a mountain bike!

The Schaarsbergen route is an absolute playground, full of banked bends and more height difference than you would think. The constant technical steering, climbing and descending takes your legs well, as you move through a beautiful forest. The route is not inferior to an average mountain bike route on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The volunteers of MTB Veluwe Zuid did a good job! The route is also easy to combine with other routes of MTB Veluwe South (Arnhem, Ede, etc.) and the Natuurmonumenten Rheden route on the Veluwezoom. Although someone who can steer well would dare to do this on a gravel bike, because of the technical degree I would mainly do this with an MTB.

Very attractive and intensive MTB route. Lots of singletrack that run well and with the right technique offer an enormous flow. From the MTB museum, the route starts almost immediately with a beautiful descent and the part from the last underpass of the A12 highway is also very beautiful! This is the part at the back of Burgers Zoo and the Open Air Museum. Many short climbs in a beautiful forest with bends and flow trails
