Very difficult path, but worth it! Lots of dilapidated bridges and stairs. Sturdy shoes are definitely recommended. The path runs downstream on the right side (unlike what is shown on the Komoot map). Shortly before the waterfall there is another wild suspension bridge.

Remember to register online at the parque before going there. It's possible at the parque to register, but it can happen that the internet connection does not work or that there are already alot of people in the park and you will not get permission to enter.

If you are not scared of hard climbing this is the ride for you. This section is above the clouds and scenery is breathtaking. It might rain in way up but once you cross the cloud line you are all good. Bring warm and rain/wind proof clothes, it was 8°C up there. Plan accordingly as park closes at 3.30pm. Happy trails!
