The length of the gorge is 2,200 m, the depth is 300 m and the narrowest point on the bottom is only 10 m wide. It is deeply cut into the white limestone of the karst plains of the Slovak Karst, in places more than 400 m deep. At its narrowest sections there is hardly room for an old asphalt road on its bottom. The adornment of the gorge is a remarkable rock formation 105 meters high, which was given the significant name of Cukrová homoľa (Sugar Loaf) because of its characteristic narrow shape.

All of the gorges in the Slovakian paradise are a lot of fun because they climb and gain height. This gorge is easily accessible via the parking lot. It is very long, pack enough provisions. It is better not to visit the gorges when it rains, as it can be very slippery, especially on the way back down.

The Ochtin Aragonite Cave located in the Revúcka Highlands in Central Slovakia is literally a world rarity and a unique natural phenomenon of underground karst. In particular, it is attracted by the diversity and richness of aragonite fillings and the particular development of underground spaces. Due to its importance and unique decoration, it has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The cave is accessible by a 145 meter long galley, which opens to cave areas at an altitude of 642 m. From the total length of 300 m, since 1972 the public has been made available 230 m (duration of the tour 30 minutes). Based on its length data, it can be assumed that it is not a large cave. It is, however, extremely valuable. Its value is made by aragonite decoration (mainly known as the Srdce Hrádek), which is the only one of its kind in Central Europe, with only a few caves in the world.
