East and southeast section is flowy forest, south section a broad sand road (very hard to ride on during summer), west section a technical sand section with rock gardens, skinnies etc., north section is a 20m high dune with lots of flowy up and down, some nasty drops and jumps and a great view over the area. South section features a good spot to rest at Paviljoen De Duinrand.
