'Private land' signage all around but there are paths all over and nobody taking much notice of the warnings - least of all the BMX riders pelting down the hillside.

Great section of natural singletrack, rooty, twists & turns parallel to the main road all the way to the big A611 roundabout

Great place to walk the dogs and for them to explore, can sometimes get busy with mountain bikes at the weekend but they are generally respectful....the woods back onto Breadsall Priory golf course where there is a footpath across to the road.

Nice single track in what is effectively the central reservation of the A611, steep descent to start followed by a twisty track through the trees, it even has some mini berms on the corners. Deep motorbike ruts in places but a rideable line all the way.

Good quality singletrack that twists and turns as you descend through the woods

About a third of the way down a path branches off to the right, through the broken fence by the stile, virtually unrideable in the wet but great fun in the right conditions.
