The palace in Nowa Wieś (currently a district of Swarzędz) was built at the beginning of the 20th century. An eclectic, one-story building, where the floor is essentially the lower part of a mansard roof. The main body is extended to the east, where there is a 3-story tower covered with an original, bulbous, three-part spire. The main entrance has a small porch supporting a balcony. The garden facade is more varied: here the attic transitions into a full floor, centrally located is a slight projection accented by a protruding roof section with a dormer window. A balcony is placed in the projection at the height of the 1st floor. On the right side, vis-à-vis the tower, a semi-circular, one-story annex in the form of a turret protrudes from the facade. On the west side of this facade, there is a semi-circular, corner annex covered with a semi-circular roof. (polskiezabytki.pl)

The eclectic palace, referring in form to the neo-Renaissance style, was built in the years 1914-1916 for the German - Georg Frederici. It has an impressive façade flanked by turrets, set on a granite plinth, as well as an added orangery. Originally, the estate in Czerlejno belonged to the Gniezno chapter, but during the partitions it fell into German hands, only to return to Polish hands after 1916. In 1926, the estate belonged to Zygmunt Stabrowski, and in 1939 to Józef Milicki. In the interwar period, the palace was visited by Wincenty Witos, which is commemorated by a commemorative plaque on the façade (1986). (Wikipedia)

This structure is to the south of the former palace. It appears to be a fragment of a castle, perhaps a "folly" belonging to the former Palace?

One of the most characteristic castles in Poland with a rich history. It was rebuilt in the 15th century, but its present appearance is due to the reconstruction initiated by Tytus Działyński. It now houses a museum and a research library. There is a well-known legend about the "White Lady" (one of the most famous ghosts in Poland 👻) who comes out of the painting around midnight and walks around the castle and the garden.
