You'll need an overnight permit to camp in Jefferson Park, even if you have a PCT permit. Located in the Bull of the Woods Wilderness, there are two lakes in close proximity to each other. Both the Upper Twin Lake and Lower Twin Lake are pretty similar to each other, with refreshing blue water and dense tree aprons. Some people have had troubles finding the lower lake as there isn't the best signage. There is an obvious fork in the trail that takes you there, but the trail itself is not very well maintained.
