Nice hut, both to shelter from the rain and just spend an afternoon. Like almost all day huts there is a fireplace, wood, seat cushions and there are (children's) books. Please take good care of the hut; leave wet and dirty clothes and shoes outside.

A self-service DNT cabin with history, located at 1,162 m. Even the entrance gate to the site catches your eye. The cabin is the life’s work of Bjarne and Anne Marit Huse. The main building is a modern yet cozy structure, with panoramic views and a comfortable sofa corner. It blends in nicely with the older surrounding buildings.

Hiker's cabin with outside and inside seating, a small stove and a selection of (Norwegian) books for adults and children. Great view of Ulvik and a nice place to end a tour, especially in the evening sun. Boots, damp clothing and backpacks must remain outside.

Mountain Lodge A very nice hostel north of Voss - south of Myrdal and Flåm. At an altitude of 670 metres, Mjolfjell Youth and Family Hostel is beautifully located, with easy access by train to very popular tourist destinations such as Voss, Myrdal and Flåm. There are good opportunities for walks, cycling and skying. The hostel produces its own electricity at its restored power station from 1914! This is Norway’s first purpose-built youth hostel, built in 1939. In the summertime the hostel has its own outdoor (heated) pool. The hostel offers different kinds of accommodation; single, double, and family rooms. Good self catering facilities. https://www.mjolfjell.no https://www.facebook.com/MjolfjellUngdomsherberge

In 2010 the huts were open. Firewood and some food could be used against a donation. In particular, food should of course only be consumed in an emergency. There are three huts there. In "our" hut there would have been room for 4 people in two bunk beds.
