Very nice place to stop for a break right next to the dam 🖖

Today I set off from the market square in Langewiesen for the Ascension Day hike, crossing Wolfsberg to Bücheloh and continuing to the river dam in Hayda. It was a very beautiful hike. It leads along fields and forest edges, then around the dam. The paths are mostly very good. Good, sturdy shoes are recommended when walking through the forest near the dam because of the tree roots.

There are many beautiful bathing spots around the lake, some of which are hidden. Ideal for casual sunbathing. 😉
