The Xanderklinge is a forest gorge, just over a kilometer long, running west-southwest from right into the Nagold in the northeastern Black Forest. It lies predominantly within the municipal area of Calw in the district of Calw in Baden-Württemberg. At the edge of the river floodplain, it is crossed by the Nagoldtalbahn railway and the federal highway B 463, and less than a hundred meters later, it flows into the middle Nagold at approximately 353 m above sea level (NHN) from the right, below the Talmühle, at the foot of Holzbronn.
