Entry to the grounds is paid via a donation of £2 per person into an 'Honesty Box' via a gate next to the Chidingstone Inn (a beautiful pub with WC facilities and great food/beer). If you want to get inside of the castle, it's another £9.50 per adult and £4.50 per child. Highly recommended if you happen to be in the area!
