The Rice Canyon Trail offers a nice gradual climb as it meanders through a grassy open slope, crossing the creek several times and passing through a lovely oak forest. Once you ascend, you can enjoy the stunning views of the Ojai Valley, Old Man Mountain, Monte Arido, and the Topatopa Mountains to the east.
