From the car park, you can admire the panorama on both sides of the peninsula, grey and stark in the north, green and softer in the south.

Spellbinding views from the top of this summit and, frankly, from anywhere near it - as long as you travel here in relatively ok weather!

An unbelievably scenic place. The road leading to here is actually 12 kilometres (7.4 mi) long! - from Dingle. It offers fantastic views of the Dingle Peninsula, and the loch down below is downright magical. At 456 metres (1,496 ft) here, it is also one of the highest roads and passes in Ireland.

The Pass of Mullach Bhéal is reached by the popular Glens Walk route from the Glens North car park. It is relatievly easy, but the ground can soften in bad weather so appropriate footwear is essential.

Superb views of the two lakes far below you on a clear day. You're exposed to the elements up here, so don't forget to carry weather-proof gear even on a sunny day, as the weather can change quickly in these hills.

An Bhinn Dubh is the first summit reached when walking from the Conor Pass towards Mount Brandon. It's a short walk up a fairly easy hill, but the views are magnificent; look north towards Mount Brandon and south towards Dingle Bay.

The path is easy to walk on but is partly muddy and there is a lot of walking from stone to stone. But it is a wonderful hike in beautiful nature
