August 14, 2026, Paradise Trail

Paradise Trail runs across the upper mountain and is useful for linking several of Silver Starโ€™s hiking routes. The trail passes through high-elevation forest, with openings towards the surrounding Monashee Mountains as you go. It also connects with the summit gondola area, so you may encounter people using it as part of a shorter mountain-top walk. In winter, the same corridor becomes part of Silver Starโ€™s Nordic trail network.

Silver Star Mountainโ€™s summit sits at about 1,915 metres, above the resort and trail network. From here, the views stretch across the Monashee Mountains and towards the Okanagan Valley, with the open upper slopes giving you a much wider outlook than the forested trails lower down. In summer, alpine wildflowers are common around the summit area, and several hiking trails branch out from here across the upper mountain.
